Participants listen to a carefully selected playlist or live music performances, allowing them to connect with emotions, memories, and sensations evoked by the music. Active listening can be a meditative and introspective activity.

Individuals play musical instruments, both traditional and non-traditional, allowing them to express themselves creatively. This activity can enhance fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and tactile sensitivity.
