Play Therapy

Program Objective

The objective of play therapy is to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to express themselves, explore their thoughts and emotions, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Play therapy is specifically designed to meet the unique developmental needs of children and helps them process difficult experiences, improve communication skills, and enhance emotional regulation.

Art and Creative Expression

Children use art supplies to draw, paint, or create crafts. This form of expression often helps children externalize their emotions and experiences, making it easier to discuss and understand their feelings.
