Program Objective

The objective of art therapy is to utilize the creative process of making art to improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals. Through artistic expression, individuals can explore their feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, manage behavior and addictions, develop interpersonal skills, reduce anxiety, and increase self-esteem. Art therapy aims to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can communicate, express, and reflect on their emotions and experiences.
